We’re looking for a Chief Architect to help define and develop the technological foundation for TalPoint. You’ll be responsible for evaluating the technological needs of our clients, consultants, and employees to inform the company on technology decisions and software development. In this role, you’ll need a thorough understanding of the company’s overall plan and strategy and be responsible for aligning it to the product architecture and technical roadmap.
As a front-end engineer, you’ll be responsible for implementing the interactive and visual elements of web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate with the team of UX designers and backend engineers in delivering intuitive layouts. You’ll be responsible for translating the needs of our company and clients into appealing applications. You should enjoy writing clean code and creating intuitive, user-friendly experiences, optimizing applications for scalability and speed.
As a back-end engineer, you’ll be responsible for creating, code, and improving the server, server-side applications, and databases that help create a functional, seamless experience for the end-user. You are crucial in getting a project off and running, integrating user-facing elements created by front-end developers with server-side logic, as well as building libraries and reusable code for future use.
Our Account Executives act as an important link between our target markets and our consultant network. In this role, your objective is to help identify opportunities within new and existing clients and match them to qualified subject matter experts. You’ll work closely with our account management team to ensure our clients are able to achieve their objectives.

As our first product manager, you’ll be responsible for planning and execution of our product roadmap, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and account management to ensure the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
